Guiding Visionaries To New Horizons

Poster design process

1: Discovery & Briefing

Goal: Understand your project’s needs and vision.

What happens: We discuss the film’s genre, themes, and target audience. We also talk about your specific goals for the poster(s). Additionally, we cover budget and payment plans.

What you provide: A brief with synopsis, mood board, film cut (either finish or rough draft) or script to read, and deadline(s).

2: Research & Concept Development

Goal: Lay the groundwork for the creative direction.

What happens: We explore what design direction you’d want to do and audience expectations. From there, we develop initial concepts and creative directions. Normally first round takes about 10 to 14 days. Exceptions can be made depending on scale of poster ideas.

What you receive: 1–3 concepts for your feedback. Then we explore which one you enjoy the most.

3: Design Stage

Goal: Bring the draft concept to life.

What happens: We refine the chosen draft(s) into a polished poster design, incorporating your feedback at key stages. Revisions and changes speed up and turn around is quick depending on the work load.

What you receive: Iterations to review and provide input, ensuring the poster aligns with your vision.

4: Final Delivery

Goal: Deliver all assets ready for use.

What you receive: High-quality files optimized for your needs.

What happens: Once the design is approved, we finalize the poster and prepare all necessary formats (print, digital, social media).
