2024 Cover Variations
I’ve been spinning Daft Punk’s Discovery album a lot over the last couple of weeks, and March 2024 marked its 23rd anniversary. I came across this promo photo they did and instantly thought of a cool design layout I wanted to try out. Through the process and a couple of ideas, I’m pretty pumped about how the final design came out. Being a big DP fan, it’s fun chipping away at their discography; this is my 3rd design.
– Design Breakdown –
I wanted to experiment with a different direction and use an elegant futuristic font instead heavy bold cyberpunk style. The colors were grabbed from the promo photo, and I gave it the text a chrome effect! Did 2 front cover, 1 with their logo and then the other with the same title text
